Bhalchandra Vaman Kelkar

Bhalchandra Vaman Kelkar (September 23, 1920 – November 6, 1987) was a Marathi writer and actor, from Maharashtra, India. He was one of the founders of Progressive Dramatic Association in Pune. ^[1]
