PD-0299685

PD-0299685 is a gabapentinoid (α₂δ subunit-containing voltage-gated calcium channel blocker) which was under development for the treatment of insomnia and vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes) related to menopause as well as interstitial cystitis.^[1][2][3] It is taken orally.^[1] PD-0299685 was under development by Pfizer.^[1] It reached phase 2 clinical trials prior to the discontinuation of its development.^[1]
