At the 2020 United States Olympic Trials DeLoof finished fifth in the 100 freestyle, qualifying her for the relay team at the 2020 Olympics.^[1] DeLoof competed at the postponed 2020 Olympics in Tokyo in the women's 4 × 100 m freestyle relay event, earning a bronze medal.^[2]

Deloof is a member of the International Swimming League.^[3]

She and her two sisters, Ali and Gabby, qualified for the 2016 United States Olympic Trials.^[4]
