Chhena jhili (Odia: ଛେନାଝିଲି) is a popular dessert consisting of fried chhena (cheese curds) and sugar syrup from Odisha, India. It originates from Nimapada in Puri district.[1] Its preparation has been compared to gulab jamun.[2]
