Conasprella armiger is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Conidae, the cone snails and their allies.[2]

Like all species within the genus Conasprella, these snails are predatory and venomous. They are capable of stinging humans, therefore live ones should be handled carefully or not at all.

Distribution

This species occurs in the Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of Mexico and off the Lesser Antilles.

Description

The maximum recorded shell length is 40 mm.[3]

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 35 m.[3] Maximum recorded depth is 227 m.[3]
