Early life and education

Anant Ambani was born on 10 April 1995^[21] in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to Mukesh and Nita Ambani.^[22] He completed his schooling at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai^[23] and later attended Brown University in the United States^[24], where he studied Political Science and Economics.^[25][26][27]

Career

Anant Ambani holds directorships in several key Reliance companies, including Jio Platforms, Reliance Retail Ventures, and Reliance Foundation.^[28][29] In 2025, he was appointed as a full-time Director at Reliance Industries.^[30][5][31]

He is also the founder of Vantara,^[32][33] an animal rescue and rehabilitation centre^[34] in Jamnagar, Gujarat.^[35][36] Vantara was recognized with the 'Prani Mitra' National Award by the Government of India in 2024.^[37][38]
