Perspective
Inspired by gaming YouTubers who made their living through videos, Baker bought equipment for making videos with money he had make working at a golf course.[3] However, because he worked on two jobs at the time, his content creation plans were set aside for a long time until his mother suggested he started livestreaming video games.[4]
Baker started posting NBA 2K content on TikTok in September 2022, which quickly gained attention. He then moved to Twitch and began streaming games like Minecraft, NBA 2K23 and horror titles like Five Nights at Freddy's and Granny.[5] During 2024. he rapidly gained followers.[6] Author Nathan Grayson said in 2025 that he had gained "immense popularity" on Twitch.[7]
In August 2024, he was announced as a new member of streamer Asmongold's talent agency, Mythic Talent.[8] He was one of the most subscribed Twitch streamers on the platform, having over 60,000 active subscribers.[9] In February during the Streamer Awards, he had over 110,000 average viewers.[10][11]
Fans Complex spoke to in late 2024 said that they thought that CaseOh was the most popular streamer right now alongside IShowSpeed, Ironmouse, and Kai Cenat.[12] Baker had a voice role as a news reporter in the video game Fears to Fathom: Woodsbury Gateaway.[13]
CaseOh was nominated for multiple categories in the February 2024 Streamer Awards ceremony show, winning the "Best Variety Streamer" category. He was also nominated for "Best Breakthrough Streamer" being beaten by Jynxzi, and was nominated for the official Streamer of the Year, being surpassed by Kai Cenat.[14] Baker later won Content Creator of the Year at The Game Awards 2024.[15]
In June 2025, Baker opened an online store selling themed merchandise.[16] In July 2025, many grew concerned after CaseOh had not communicated publicly in over a week. On July 11, his mother announced that CaseOh had been struggling with an unspecified ear infection and taking antibiotics.[17] He returned on July 13, confirming he had been struggling with an ear infection as well as TMJ.[18]

In popular culture
After CaseOh helped popularize the Roblox game Dress to Impress,[19] a virtual pet based on Baker's cat was added to the game.[20][21][22]
A caricature of Baker was featured in the video game Schedule I.[23]
