Dylan Bachelet

Dylan Bachelet (born 2004)^[1] is a British pastry chef and fashion influencer.^[2]

Early life and education

Bachelet grew up in Milton Keynes. His mother is Indian of Gujarati descent, and his father is Japanese–Belgian.^[3][4]

Bachelet attended Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.^[5] He achieved four A*s at A-level and started a degree in biomedical engineering before dropping out to pursue a culinary career. Bachelet trained at Raymond Blanc's two Michelin-starred Le Manoir in Oxfordshire.^[2]

Career

Bachelet finished as one of runners-up in the fifteenth series of The Great British Bake Off at age 20^[6][7] and was thereafter recruited to be a chef de partie at the Michelin-starred Five Fields in Chelsea, London.^[8][9][10]
