EME, also known as 2,5-diethoxy-4-methoxyamphetamine, is a lesser-known drug.[1] It is a diethoxy-methoxy analogue of TMA-2.[1] EME was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin.[1] In his book PiHKAL, both the dose and duration are unknown.[1] EME produces few to no effects.[1] Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of EME.[1]
