Esther Helton-Haynes (born November 6, 1961[1]) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 30 since November 6, 2018.[2] Helton-Haynes represents District 30 In Tennessee which includes; East Ridge, East Brainerd, Apison, and Collegedale.

In 2023, Helton-Haynes supported a resolution to expel three Democratic lawmakers from the legislature for violating decorum rules. The expulsion was widely characterized as unprecedented.[3]
