Kalolophus speciosus,[1] also known as the beautiful crassatella[2] or Gibbs' clam,[3] is a species of bivalve mollusc in the family Crassatellidae.[1] It can be found along the Atlantic coast of North America, ranging from North Carolina to the West Indies.[3]
