Gmina Lipusz (Kashubian: Lëpùsz) is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kościerzyna County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lipusz, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Kościerzyna and 64 km (40 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The gmina covers an area of 109.2 square kilometres (42.2 sq mi), and as of 2022 its total population is 3,767.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Wdydze Landscape Park.
The gmina is twinned with Madawaska Valley, Ontario, Canada.
