Gresham, formerly Gresham Computing and Gresham Technologies, is a company that provides software to manage financial data, transaction processing, and regulatory reporting for the financial services industry.[4]

History

The company was founded in 1972 and had its IPO on the 7th of January 1986.[6]

In October 2016, Gresham acquired C24 Technologies Ltd, a specialist in standards-based financial messaging and integration services.[7]

In July 2018, Gresham acquired the B2 Group, specialists in bank-to-corporate integration and cash management software for multi-bank environments.[8]

In May 2021, Gresham acquired Electra Information Systems,[9] a buy-side post-trade processing company specializing in reconciliation, data aggregation and transformation, trade settlement, and client fee billing.[10]

In September 2024, the company was acquired by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group (STG), delisted from the London Stock Exchange, and merged with the enterprise data management provider Alveo.[11]
