Duck Bamboo Curry (popularly known as (Bengali: হাঁস বাঁশ, romanized: Hash Bash), is a mildly spiced curry of duck meat with bamboo shoots,^[2][3] from the Sylhet region of Bangladesh.^{[4][5][6][7][8]}
