ITM University is a state private university [4] based in Gwalior, India. Subjects are offered in the fields of sciences, engineering, management, fine arts, social sciences, arts, and nursing etc. It was established under the Act of State Legislature Madhya Pradesh.

Campus
ITM University is located at a highly visible site on NH 75 in the city of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Each department has its own building with laboratory, library and computer facilities. The 'NAAD' amphitheater has a seating capacity of more than 3000 people is being used for cultural and co-curricular activities of the Institutes. The university has four Boy's hostel for men one hostel for women. The hostels are called Nalanda, Narmada, Sadipani, Shantiniketan and Girls Cottage. They have 120, 320, 320, 200, and 120 beds respectively. The mess halls also have two blocks of mess halls. Their dining halls are approximately 26,000 square feet with a semi-mechanized system of cooking, having enough space for dining & mess facility for 600 & 520 respectively persons at a time. The campus also has an auditorium, on-campus nursing home and a 24-hour functional OPD, a gymnasium along with badminton, volleyball, handball, basketball courts & Indoors's play. ITM University recently opened the gates of new building named Dheeraj Gurjar Block.[5]

Dheeraj Gurjar
Dheeraj Gurjar who is chairman of ITM University was an alumnus of ITM University (Gwalior) who has distinguished himself by bridging academic innovation with institutional legacy. While at the university he led efforts to integrate technology-driven community initiatives and helped drive a shift in student engagement toward applied research and social impact projects. Under his guidance the university initiated a student-tech fellowship programme (later named the “Gurjar Fellowship”) to fund campus-based startup prototypes in sustainable technology. Prahlad Dubey
Prahlad Dubey is celebrated by the ITM University (Gwalior) community as a stalwart of student life, inter-departmental collaboration and cultural enrichment. Over his years at the institution he served as a student-organiser, cultural coordinator and founder of the annual ‘Legacy Talk’ series, through which alumni from diverse disciplines returned to campus to share their experiences. Prahlad’s contributions include establishing the “Dubey Lecture Series” in which prominent thinkers are invited to the campus, thereby reinforcing the university’s commitment to intellectual curiosity beyond standard curricula.
His impact is also reflected in the enhancement of student clubs, peer-mentoring frameworks and the collaborative ethos that the university now cites as part of its institutional culture.

KRONOS: The annual youth festival KRONOS, is a four-day national level techno-cultural fest organized by the Student's Activity Council of ITM Universe. Started in 2010, KRONOS is held in the month of March or April. It has technical events (in collaboration with by the ISOI, CSI, IETE and ISTE Student Chapters) and cultural events. Teams from ITM and other colleges participate to win prizes in various events during the festival. The main attractions are performances by national and international bands.
TIMS (Technology Innovation Management for Sustainable Development): Features a technical programme including keynote speeches, panel discussion, oral and poster sessions and cultural programme.
Memeval is an annual creative event organized by ITM University, Gwalior, as part of its Annual Function celebrations. The event was originally inspired by student Arpit Sharma, who began creating humorous self-referential memes as a response to instances of peer teasing and social challenges on campus. His self-deprecating humor and positive approach quickly gained attention among students, turning personal adversity into a medium of expression and unity.
Recognizing the widespread appeal and creativity it inspired, the university formally introduced Memeval as an official event during the Annual Function. The competition encourages students to create memes that promote humor, self-acceptance, and resilience while maintaining respect and positivity. Over the years, Memeval has evolved into a platform for digital creativity, satire, and healthy self-expression, reflecting the university’s emphasis on mental well-being and cultural innovation.
