Iván Zafarana

Iván Matías Zafarana (born 22 April 1995) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a defender for Argentinan club All Boys on loan from San Martín de Tucumán.

Career

Zafarana started his career with El Porvenir in 2016, then in the Primera D,^[2][3] winning the league title and getting the promotion to the Primera C.^[4][5]

In June 2018, Zafarana signed with Deportivo Merlo.^[6][7] The next season, he switched to JJ Urquiza.^[8]

On 9 July 2021, Zafarana signed with Estudiantes de Buenos Aires in the Primera B Nacional.^[9]

Two seasons later, Zafarana joined San Martín de Tucumán.^[10] In the second half of 2024, he moved to Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy on a one-year loan with an option to buy.^[11][12] For the 2025 season, he was loaned out to Chilean club Unión San Felipe.^[2]
