Joaquín Espert

Joaquín Espert Pérez-Caballero (11 September 1938 – 14 June 2023) was a Spanish politician who served as President of La Rioja between 1987 and 1990.^[1][2]

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Espert and the second or maternal family name is Pérez-Caballero.
