Krest-Kytyl (Russian: Крест-Кытыл; Yakut: Кириэс-Кытыл, Kiries-Kıtıl) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Khamagattinsky Rural Okrug of Namsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) from Namtsy, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 1,727,[2][3] of whom 822 were male and 905 female, up from 1,634 as recorded during the 2002 Census.[1]
