Al Abraq^[2] (Arabic: الأبرق) is a town in Libya, in the Derna District. It is located 23 km east of Bayda,^[3] Other names include the transliterations Al Labrag,^[4] Al Labraq,^[5] Al Lazraq,^[6] and El-Abràgh,^[7] as well as the Italian Luigi di Savoia.^[8] According to the census of 2006, the city had a population of 8,861 people.^[1]
