The Nepal Rastra Bank has licensed 107 BFIs[1] as of mid-Jan 2025 and 4 of them are declared problematic a& transactions are suspended. This is a list of banks and financial institutions in Nepal licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank and their branches/ extension counters.[clarification needed][2]
