This is a list of Belgian football transfers for the 2011-12 winter transfer window. Only transfers involving a team from the Jupiler League are listed.

The winter transfer window opens on 1 January 2012, although a few transfers may take place prior to that date. The window closes at midnight on 1 February 2012. Players without a club may join one, either during or in between transfer windows.

  1. Bernárdez was on loan to Indios de Ciudad Juárez since the summer of 2011, but was now sold to San Jose Earthquakes.
  2. Figueras was on loan from Rubin Kazan to Rayo Vallecano, but was now sold to Club Brugge.
  3. Djiby Fall was on loan from Lokomotiv Moscow to Odense BK, but was now sold to Lokeren.
  4. As part of the agreement between Chelsea and Genk, De Bruyne will play the remainder of the season for Genk on loan from Chelsea. Also, based on performances, the fee could increase by another 1 500 000 €
  5. Maazou was on loan from CSKA Moscow to Zulte Waregem, the loan was terminated and he was immediately loaned out to Le Mans
