On June 3, 2025, Moss Adams was combined with Baker Tilly after the two firms officially combined under the Baker Tilly name. The combination created the sixth-largest advisory CPA firm in the US. The new entity operates under the Baker Tilly brand.

Founded in 1913, and previously headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Moss Adams had offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.^[2]
