Praveenar Singh (Thai: ปวีนา ซิงห์; born 16 April 1996), also known by the Thai nickname Veena (Thai: วีนา), is a Thai beauty queen. She won the title of Miss Universe Saraburi 2025 and subsequently went on to win Miss Universe Thailand 2025. She represented Thailand at the Miss Universe 2025 where she finished as the 1st Runner-Up.
Before winning, she competed at Miss Universe Thailand three times—in 2018, 2020, and 2023—garnering the placements of second runner-up, first runner-up, and second runner-up, respectively. On her fourth attempt, Singh won the title of Miss Universe Thailand 2025 and claimed the prestigious title of Miss Universe First Runner-Up on November 21, 2025 — a moment that cemented her as one of Thailand’s most celebrated queens.

Early life and education
Singh was born on 16 April 1996, in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand and is of Indian descent.[1] She completed her schooling at Satree Yala School in Mueang Yala in Yala province, southern Thailand. She entered Thammasat University in Bangkok, receiving her bachelor's degree in liberal studies.[2]

Miss Universe Thailand
Singh's pageant career started when she competed in Miss Universe Thailand 2018, representing her home province of Chiang Mai.[3] At the end of the event, she was announced second runner-up, with the eventual winner being Bangkok's Sophida Kanchanarin.[4]
Singh competed again at Miss Universe Thailand 2020 held in True Icon Hall of Iconsiam. At the end, she was named first runner-up behind Amanda Obdam.[5][4]
Singh competed for the third time, representing Phuket at Miss Universe Thailand 2023.[4] She was the first married contestant to compete for the title after the Miss Universe Organization changed the rules to allow married women to compete.
At the end of the event, she was announced second runner-up behind the eventual winner and former Miss Supranational winner, Anntonia Porsild of Nakhon Ratchasima.
Singh won for Saraburi at Miss Universe Thailand 2025 on August 23, 2025.
