The Pride of Performance (Urdu: تمغۂ حسنِ کارکردگی) is a civil award given by the Government of Pakistan to Pakistani citizens in recognition of distinguished merit in the fields of literature, arts, sports, medicine or science.

On 4 July 2017, Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif awarded the Presidential Pride of Performance award to the team management, players and officials of the Pakistan cricket team, for their outstanding performance as the winners of ICC Champions Trophy 2017.
