The Progressive National Campaign, Nepal (Nepali: प्रगतिशील राष्ट्रिय अभियान, नेपाल) was a political party in Nepal led by former Finance and Home minister of Nepal, Janardan Sharma.[2][3] The party was joined by former ministers Ram Karki, Sudan Kirati and others from the CPN (Maoist Centre). Initially, the party was declared as campaign on 4 November 2025 with a vision to develop new form of Nepali socialism putting forward youths in leadership.[4][5] The party on 14 Noevember announced merger with former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattrai's party Nepal Socialist Party (Naya Shakti) and Santosh Pariyar led group of Rastriya Swatantra Party to form Progressive Democratic Party.[6]

The campaign database suggest it aims to create a new mainstream leftist force, free from the influence of older leaders who have been involved in the political revolving door of leadership.[7] It seeks to achieve this through mergers and collaboration with progressive and leftist groups, including the Netra Bikram Chand led Communist Party Nepal and the Ghanashyam Bhusal led Unified Socialist Reorganization Campaign.[8]
