Rafał Maciej Kurzawa ([ˈrafaw kuˈʐava] ⓘ; born 29 January 1993) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Ekstraklasa club Bruk-Bet Termalica.

Club career
On 31 January 2019, Kurzawa was loaned out to Danish Superliga club FC Midtjylland for six months.[2] He returned to Amiens SC in the summer 2019, but did not take part in any games for the club, before being loaned out to another Danish club Esbjerg fB on 26 January 2020 for the rest of the season.[3] Returning to Amiens in summer 2020, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement on 6 October.[4]

International career

Kurzawa debuted in a friendly match against Mexico alongside Tomasz Kędziora on 13 November 2017.[5]
In June 2018, Kurzawa was named in the Poland national team's final 23-man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.[6]
