The Diocese of Ikot Ekpene (Latin: Ikotekpenen(sis)) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church. Its episcopal see is Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. The Diocese of Ikot Ekpene is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Calabar.

- March 1, 1963: Established as Diocese of Ikot Ekpene from the Diocese of Calabar
