Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t‿adɔlf dawɚd, -wœʁd]) is a municipality in the Laurentian Mountains, in the Province of Quebec, Canada, north-west of Montreal. Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard is home to Mont-Avalanche ski resort.
