Saint-Mathieu-d'Harricana (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ matjø daʁikana], lit. 'Saint-Mathieu of Harricana') is a municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec, located in the Abitibi Regional County Municipality. It is part of the census agglomeration of Amos.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-Mathieu-d'Harricana had a population of 770 living in 318 of its 349 total private dwellings, a change of 4% from its 2016 population of 739. With a land area of 105.86 km2 (40.87 sq mi), it had a population density of 7.3/km2 (18.8/sq mi) in 2021.[4]
