Sense and Sensibility (1981 TV series)

Sense and Sensibility is a 1981 BBC television adaptation of Jane Austen's 1811 novel.^[1][2] The seven-part series was dramatised by Alexander Baron, and directed by Rodney Bennett.^[3] This adaptation omits the character of Margaret Dashwood, the younger sister of Elinor and Marianne.^[4] It has been remastered for release on DVD.^[4]
