Tömör-Ochiryn Tulga (Mongolian: Төмөр-Очирын Тулга; born 11 February 1998) is a Mongolian wrestler.[1] He competed in the men's freestyle 65 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2]

At the 2023 World Wrestling Championships he controversially lost the round of 16 to Haji Aliyev 3–3 (Tulga pinned his opponent to the mat in the last seconds of match, but the referee completely ignored the fall and gave a penalty point to the Mongolian wrestler).[7]

At the 2024 Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin Tömör-Ochiryn Tulga won silver medal, he defeated World Champion Zagir Shakhiev 8-0 in the semifinal round[9] and controversially lost the final round to Olympics medalist and World Champion Gadzhimurad Rashidov 4–3 (independent experts gave the score of 5:3 in favor of the Mongolian wrestler).[10]
