Takeaki Tokuyama

Takeaki Tokuyama (徳山 武陽, Tokuyama Takeaki; born July 21, 1989 in Kobe, Hyōgo, Japan) is a professional Japanese baseball player. He plays pitcher for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.
