The specific reasons why HUPD is notable among all campus police forces is that it's been in the news a lot in Boston and Massachusetts for being at the center of the Public Records lawsuit mentioned in the article and various Public Records / Access to Information bills. Please help flesh this out...we need more links to Boston-area newspapers' coverage of the issue.
