Gwinnett
In 2001 one there was no team called the Gwinnett Braves. At that time they were still located in Richmond, Virginia and they didn't move to Gwinnett County, Georgia until I believe 2008. Is the show wrong on history or just the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.51.204.246 (talk) 20:58, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
- You are right that there was no minor league team in Gwinnett in 2001. The show, however, debuted after the team moved to Gwinnett, so they established the character's bio as having played in Gwinnett. You can check the external links that show this. This show shouldn't be considered factually accurate. The league appears to be based on MLB, but it shouldn't be assumed to be exactly the same. They only refer to the cities the teams play in, not the team nicknames. Therefore, Kenny Powers pitched in Gwinnett in 2001. --Muboshgu (talk) 22:39, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
