Serre spectral sequence

This is a short-sighted article that grossly underestimates the computational importance of the Leray spectral sequence, and seriously over-estimates the importance of Grothendieck's much later contribution. One glaring lacuna is that Serre's "spectral sequence of a fibration" remains a bread-and-butter tool in algebraic topology, and was discovered by Serre as a generalization of one version of the Leray spectral sequence. I also think this sort of article that should feature many more examples regarding applications of the spectral sequence to computations of sheaf cohomology. 96.232.123.83 (talk) 16:21, 22 November 2023 (UTC)
