DOB and More fanaticism

I don't think mahesh's DOB is correct, I think previously it was given 1972 in a local telugu news paper, how come here it has become 1974. This article needs more correction rather being more fanatic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.197.250.210 (talk) 13:26, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

In 2000, he starred in Yuvaraju but this film did not do well at the box office. In the same year, he shared screen space with Namrata Shirodkar and his father Krishna which failed at the Box office. Murari in 2001 with Sonali Bendre,Directed by Krishna Vamsi Did well at the box office,won him the Nandi Award for Special Jury. He won the award again in 2002 for Takkari Donga with Lisa Ray and Bipasha Basu even its an Average grosser.In 2002,Flop in mahesh's career came in the form of the film bobby.Then in 2003,He acted in Okkadu with Bhoomika Chawla which is a block buster and a trend setting film in Tollywood.With his excellent performance in Okkadu he won the Filmfare Best Telugu Actor Award.Immediate Flick is Nijam which failed but made him to win another Filmfare award. 2004-2009 He acted in Nani under the direction of S.J.suryah which is another flop in his career,though its a Musical hit.Another Nandi Award for Special Jury went his way for his role in Arjun acting with Shriya saran .Athadu in 2005 brought him huge success and won him another Nandi Best Actor Award. The 2006 release Pokiri won him the Filmfare Best Telugu Actor Award for his portrayal in lead role. The film went on to become a huge commercial success and a landmark hit in the Tollywood industry and has broken all the records under the direction of Puri Jagannadh.He has one more release Sainikudu under the direction of Gunasekhar in the same year (2006) followed by Pokiri.He paired up with trisha in Sainikudu which did not do well at the box office.Athidi with Amrita Rao released in 2007 was produced by his brother Ramesh Babu. The film ended up as an average grosser at the end which was taken by UTV motion pictures. There were no releases in 2008. Currently, he is working on the project kaleja with Trivikram Srinivas as director in Singanamala Ramesh's production. Anushka will play the female lead.

 Not done I assume that by "profile" you mean the infobox. The two children are mentioned in the article body. The childrens' names used to be in the infobox, but at the end of November they were taken out as being not notable. The producers of Athadu are in profits with the satellite renewal. "But, the producers are in profits if you take a long term look. Athadu’s satellite rights period of 7 years is over now and the producers have renewed the satellite rights to MAA TV for a record amount of 3.5 crores. No other Telugu film’s satellite rights were renewed to any TV company to such a staggering amount. That shows the classic nature and repeat value of Athadu. Athadu was also a record breaking hit in overseas among Telugu films. The house set constructed for Athadu is being converted into studio and is being rented out to other film shoots. The construction of the house was budgeted into Athadu butget. But the rent of that house should also be considered as a peripheral revenue of Athadu. Trivikram himself has shot his next film Jalsa in Athadu house and Geeta Arts had to pay one lac a day as location charges to Athadu house.
