Pilot Error

Why isn't pilot error listed in the summary, when it's in the "Investigation" section and given as the probable cause in the NTSB report? Someone made a reference to "trashing a dead pilot" in the history, but it's abundantly clear from the NTSB report, which discusses his personality and behavior in depth, that he was absolutely at fault for the accident. That's not trashing him, that's simply citing facts. I'd hate to see this article end up like AF447. ~~ Telcia
