Qaina (Classical Mandaic: ࡒࡀࡉࡍࡀ), alternatively known as Tišrin (Classical Mandaic: ࡕࡉࡔࡓࡉࡍ),[1] is the ninth month of the Mandaean calendar.[2] Mandaeans practice light fasting on the first day of Qaina.[3]
