Tim Duckworth (born June 18, 1996) is an American-born decathlete. He was born to British parents and competes internationally for Great Britain.

Collegiate career
In 2018, Duckworth became the US Collegiate heptathlon Champion indoors with a score of 6,188 points, setting a British national indoor record. That same year, he also became the NCAA Decathlon Champion outdoors with a score of 8,336 points.[1][2]
Post-college
Duckworth graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2018.[3] He is now an assistant coach in the combined events and pole vault program at the University of Alabama.[1]
International career
In his senior debut for Great Britain at the 2018 European Athletics Championships, Duckworth finished 5th[4] and won his first senior international medal (silver) at the 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships.[5][6]
He is the 3rd highest scoring decathlete in British history, behind Daley Thompson and Dean Macey.[7]
Persistent injuries caused him to retire from athletics.[8]
Personal life
Duckworth married pole vault athlete Olivia Gruver in 2022.
