MGSU Bikaner is a state Govt. University of Rajasthan, with a sprawling campus of around 1100 acres. The University campus has all basic amenities including a grand & huge auditorium, indoor stadium and bank (PNB). Manoj Dixit is the vice-chancellor of Maharaja Ganga Singh University.^[1]

It attracts the students from various parts of the country. It is an affiliating university and it has faculties of science, commerce and management, arts, social sciences, law and education.
