Van Lang University (Vietnamese: Đại học Văn Lang; Latin: Universitas Vanlangensis), commonly referred to as VLU, is a multidisciplinary private university in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Established in 1995 and named after the first state in Vietnamese history, Van Lang. VLU is renowned for its high ranking in international university rankings, as well as for its research and education in the fields of art, design, social sciences and communication.

Main Campus

This is the largest academic and administrative center of Van Lang University. It spans 11.2 hectares and follows the model of an international university complex.

The campus includes many modern buildings designed to serve a variety of majors and activities. It features spacious lecture halls and classrooms equipped with advanced technology, along with specialized laboratories and practical workshops for engineering, technology, architecture, fine arts, and health sciences.

A highlight of the main campus is the modern Library, a knowledge hub with diverse reading spaces, rich resources, and a massive library system. The Trịnh Công Sơn Hall, with its unique architecture, is where the university's major events take place. The campus integrates a multi-purpose gymnasium, dormitories, and common living areas, combining academic and residential spaces to create a comprehensive environment for studying and living.

Campus 1

This is the university's oldest facility, one of the first campuses of Van Lang University. Its central location provides convenient access to urban amenities and transportation.

Although smaller in scale than the Main Campus, Campus 1 still plays an important role in the university's training and administrative activities. The buildings here may include classrooms, faculty offices, and other functional units. Campus 1 carries the historical imprint of Van Lang’s initial development phases.

Campus 2

This is another facility of Van Lang University in Bình Thạnh District, located close to the Main Campus. This facility provides additional space for the university’s training and learning activities, helping to expand Van Lang's educational capacity. It also focuses on developing the school-hospital model, housing the International Hospital and the Van Lang Healthcare General Clinic.

Dormitory

The dormitory system supports students during their studies and daily life, especially those from distant areas. The university’s main dormitory is located at Campus 3 (Main Campus), built to standards that ensure basic living conditions and conveniences for students. Rooms are arranged with bunk beds, personal lockers, study desks, and chairs. The toilet and shower systems are either integrated or arranged in common areas, ensuring hygienic standards. In addition, there is an auxiliary dormitory with 6 floors and 82 rooms located at 160/63A Phan Huy Ích, An Hội Tây Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
