Plot

The film is set in a mental asylum, where a group of patients imagines themselves embarking on a journey to the Moon. The patients, trapped in their delusions, create an elaborate fantasy of space exploration, blurring the lines between reality and imagination. The film combines humor, absurdity, and surrealism, exploring themes of escapism, mental illness, and the power of the mind. It has multiple references to the classic film Le Voyage dans la Lune (1902) by Georges Méliès.[1][3][4]
