Victoria Repa is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of BetterMe.[1][2][3]

Early life and education
Repa grew up in a village in the east of Ukraine.[4] In 2014, she was a student at Donetsk National University[3] and received a full scholarship in business and financial economics from Kyiv School of Economics.[2][5]
Career
Repa started her career by working with Procter & Gamble[2][6][7] as a Finance manager.[6] She then sought employment at a local media and tech firm Genesis.[6] In 2016, she, along with co-founder Vitaly Laptenok, worked on a women-related app called BeautyHub.[2]
Later, in 2018, they launched another app called BetterMe which offered customized fitness and diet courses.[2][8]
Awards and recognition
Repa was recognized by Forbes magazine in its 30 Under 30 Europe list under the Technology category for the year 2022.[9] She was also recognized as one of the Top-20 Women Tech Entrepreneurs in Ukraine 2020.[10]
