Vyšná Polianka (Rusyn: Вышня Полянка, romanized: Vyshnia Polianka, Ukrainian: Вишня Полянка, romanized: Vishnia Polianka, Hungarian: Felsőpagony) is a village and municipality in Bardejov District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.
