White House Task Force on Celebrating America's 250th Birthday

The White House Task Force on Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday (Task Force 250) was created on January 29, 2025 by executive order of US president Donald Trump. Its purpose is to "to plan, organize, and execute an extraordinary celebration of the 250th Anniversary of American Independence".^{[1] [2]} Members of the task force include the President, Vice President, several executive department Secretaries, and the heads of several executive branch agencies.
