• Định Hóa to the west
• Động Đạt, Phủ Lý, and Ôn Lương to the south
• Yên Ninh and Yên Trạch to the north

Before Nghị Quyết số 63/NQ-HĐND, Yên Đổ was divided under 17 hamlets(xóm): Khe Thương, Gốc Vải, Đồng Chừa, Xóm Làng, Thanh Thế, Phố Trào, Xóm Kẻm, Xóm Hin, Khe Nác, Gia Trống, Cây Khế, Đá Mài, Ao Then, An Thắng, Thượng, Trung, Hạ. The People's Committee of Yên Đổ is located in Phố Trào hamlet.

History

Under Nghị Quyết số 63/NQ-HĐND 2024, An Thắng and Cây Khế merged into An Khế, leaving 15 hamlets left.^[2]

Under Nghị quyết số 1683/NQ-UBTVQH15, on June, 2025, it merged with Yên Ninh and Yên Trạch to form Yên Trạch.^[3]
