    يَنْسُبُ ٱلاِقْتِصَادِيُّونَ ٱلرُّكُودَ إِلَى سِلْسِلَةٍ مِنَ ٱلْقَرَارَاتِ وَٱلسِيَاسَاتِ ٱلْمَالِيَّةِ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَحْظُوظَةِ.
