English
Etymology
Verb
RDM (third-person singular simple present RDMs, present participle RDMing, simple past and past participle RDMed)
- (video games) To arbitrarily kill players in a video game, typically players on one's own team when friendly fire is enabled.
- Do not RDM in the lobby.
Usage notes
Applies to game genres such as murder mysteries where there may be valid reasoning for attacking suspected players, as the aim is to purge the game of players tasked as being "murderers" before they can kill the remaining innocent players.
