1. no good, of no use, good-for-nothing (mostly of people)

2. unconcerned, not caring, aloof (mostly of people)

     Bu bivec qaynıma bir qız axtarırıq.

     We're in search of a girl to [marry with] my unconcerned brother-in-law.
