Noun

caprifig (plural caprifigs)

1. A hermaphrodite fruit, inedible to humans, of certain usually uncultivated species of Ficus, which is the source of the pollen with which fig wasps pollinate edible female fruit in both cultivated and uncultivated Ficus trees.
